Welcome to 910 Softwash LLC
910 Softwash, LLC was created in the fall of 2023 by Noah Johnson. For the last 18 years, I have worked side by side with my father Larry helping promote, grow, and operate the family ran lawncare and landscaping business. This not only taught me how to have a strong work ethic, but also how to provide customers with an outstanding service that leaves a lasting impression they can’t forget.
I studied at the University of North Carolina receiving my Bachelor of Science in Coastal Engineering with a minor in Physical Oceanography. My love for water and the ocean brought me excitement. However, after working in the engineering industry, I felt I couldn’t provide my fullest potential like I could working one on one within a small business.
Our Cleaning Methods

Soft Washing
Soft washing is a low-pressure exterior cleaning method used for residential and commercial properties to safely clean siding, roofs, decks, fences, and other exterior surfaces. Unlike pressure washing, soft washing uses eco-friendly cleaning solutions and low-pressure water, typically 110–150 PSI, to remove dirt, grime, mold, algae, mildew, and organic buildup. Soft wash cleaning is ideal for roof washing, house washing, and exterior surface cleaning where high pressure could cause damage. This method provides deep exterior cleaning while protecting roofing materials, siding, paint, and wood surfaces.

Pressure Washing
Pressure washing, also called power washing, is a high-pressure exterior cleaning method used to clean hard surfaces on residential and commercial properties. Pressure washing uses pressurized water, typically 3,000–3,500 PSI, to remove dirt, grime, mold, algae, and buildup from concrete, driveways, walkways, patios, and other flat surfaces. This method is commonly used for concrete cleaning and driveway cleaning where durable surfaces can withstand higher pressure. Pressure washing is an effective exterior cleaning solution for restoring heavily soiled hard surfaces.
