Terms and Conditions of Service

By scheduling a service or opting into communications with 910 Softwash LLC, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Work & Client Responsibilities

Services: 910 Softwash LLC will perform exterior cleaning as outlined in the estimate.

Preparation: Client must ensure water access, close all windows/doors, and clear the work area of sensitive items (furniture, plants, electronics).

Pre-existing Damage: We are not liable for damage related to pre-existing wood rot, faulty seals, or oxidation.
2. SMS & Mobile Messaging Program
910 Softwash LLC operates a mobile messaging program to better serve our customers.

Program Description: By providing your phone number, you opt-in to receive recurring automated and manual text messages. Use cases include:

Sending and confirming service estimates.

Appointment reminders and “On My Way” notifications.

Post-service follow-ups and invoices.

Occasional promotional offers (if explicitly opted-in).

Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

Message & Data Rates: As with all text messaging, standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carrier Liability: Carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Age Restriction
By using our website or opting into our messaging program, you acknowledge and represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Our services and communications are not intended for minors.
4. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information, including data collected via our SMS program, are governed by our Privacy Policy. As stated in our policy, we do not share or sell SMS opt-in consent with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Payment & Cancellation

Payment: Due upon completion of service. Late fees of 10% apply after 30 days.

Cancellation: We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe weather conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
910 Softwash LLC’s liability for any damage is limited to the total cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for internal water intrusion or electrical damage to non-weatherproof fixtures.
